The Museum has a large cafe providing full meals and snack as well as a licensed bar.  The National Coal Mining Museum is located on the A642 halfway between Wakefield and Huddersfield with easy sign-posted access from the M1. Only 5 miles from Wakefield, Huddersfield & Barnsley.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
We organise craft and gift fairs at the National Coal Mining Museum Overton Nr Wakefield in West Yorkshire. Each event is held indoors in the climate controlled conference facilities and offers all exhibitors the chance to stand in a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment.

We have up to 40 stands available. We limit the number of jewellery stands to 8 and the number of card stands to 5 and the number of similar crafts to 4.

Discounts are available for 2 or 3 day bookings.

Parking is free to both exhibitors and visitors.

We do not charge an entrance fee to visitors.

Each event runs from 10am until 4pm. Unloading can start from 8am and the facilities close at 5pm. Stalls can be left set up overnight when exhibitors stand for consecutive days.

The cost to stand is £29 per day and we provide a 6ft x 2ft table and a chair. In addition the National Coal Mining Museum provide Public Liability Insurance cover to all exhibiors while on the premises.
